whether in normal life or in professional scenarios, unless you are in academia where it's your job to chew on grammars what's the point of this kind of bullshit knowledge, you can get you point across resonably well using the right terms expected for the situation and it's all that matters
this is one thing i hate about learning languages in school, all kinds of bs grammar and edge cases like this where it would never help you communicate well in real life and just makes your life miserable
