サッカー元日本代表の本田圭佑（36）が9日、自身のTwitterで、ラーメンの価格について持論を展開。この投稿がネット上で物議を醸している。
本田は一杯のラーメンの画像とともに、「ラーメン屋。あの美味さで730円は安すぎる。もうちょっと値上げするべき。ってか色んな業界がもう少し値上げするべき。高すぎるか安すぎるかの両極になり過ぎ。次ラーメン食うときは2000円支払います。必ず。」と、ラーメンの味を絶賛しつつ、価格が釣り合っていないと語った。
この本田のツイートに対しネット上では、「めちゃくちゃ分かります、その気持ち」「海外にいると1000円以内で食べれることに驚きます」など共感の意見が寄せられた。
その一方で、「それは本田さんみたいにお金があるから言える事でラーメン屋に行きたくても我慢してる人も世の中には居るのは事実です」「値上げで悲鳴をあげてる今の日本で言うべき発言じゃない」など、否定的な意見も集まっている。
