『魔法少女もの』があるのに『魔法少年もの』がない理由、それは

魔法少女ものの本質は自己犠牲
普通の少女がふときたきっかけで魔法少女となって世界を救うのが魔法少女ものの王道展開だが
そこには必ず魔法少女になったことで失う何か（自己犠牲）が介在する
その自己犠牲の精神に心を打たれるから魔法少女ものは一定の成功を収める
もし、魔法少年もので同じような展開をしたとしたらどうなるか
少年なんか多少自己犠牲するのが当たり前でそこに美しさ、儚さを感じることはできない
つまり単に少年が魔法を手にして世界を救って死んではい終わりおつかれっしたにしかならないから
